Unless I'm doing something wrong or my source is incorrect, yearly volume for 2008 was about 101 million, in 2009 about 64 million, so far this year about 50 million.

“VirTra entered into a Settlement and Release Agreement with Dutchess on September 30, 2008. This agreement supersedes all prior written or oral agreements, understandings, or representations of the parties relating to the subject matter. Virtra agreed to pay $550,000 (Principal Settlement Amount) by issuing common stock or paying cash.”

Based on Q2 report, there isn't much left of it (if any). And as has been said before here, Dutchess sold the stock right after getting it.
