So essentially , it seems like
FDIC using FIRREA to limit probe
JPM only wants to offer materials related to the Global Settlement
Rest of the folks are WIDE open for any investigation

Just finished reading the Examiner's request.. It is exactly what we have wanted and if THJMW gives him Subpeona power, he will eliminate the delay and "run arounds" that the parties will try to give him.

I do forsee a HUGE privilege fight between him and the FDIC and JPM. I am not sure how the debtors will fit into that part of the puzzle, but if Rosen acts then as he has acted previously, he will support the "settling parties".. I do like the subpeona request of 3rd parties who may or may not be part of the proposed settlement.

Remember Paulson, Goldman, Moody's etc. ? They could have examiner investigators knocking on their doors real soon. Remember the voluntary production some agreed to and then rescinded the offer after THJMW ruled agisnt Quinn on additional discovery because she did not want to subject 3rd parties to discovery? She told Quinn to come back with directed discovery "Quinn went to sleep instead."

Something tells me "She is about to change her mind !!!"
