easymoney, has your scenario really changed since you first proposed it at the Vegas party?

At that time you used the term "this year" ... now we're in Anno Domini 2005 you've changed that to "soon".

Right now I have had 2 consecutive e-mails to Handy Andy returned. 2 different addresses .. same result. I wonder if they are hiding ? LOL. Very poor way to conduct business and begins to look like contempt for shareholders. [So what else is new ? ]

Casavant International Mining (CIM) is a privately held company, yet you have it trading on the Amex.

easymonee, I agree with your scenario but the cim that trades on the amex is not the same casavant international mining that is related to cmkx. It is a private company.

Project Surround/The Plan.........

Most of the information I am going to present is out on the net, or has been released by the companies in PR's, and is all DD I have found. There are confirmations to some of this detail available if you look for it in the details of the PR's and web pages. The entire plan looks to finish unfolding over the next 2 weeks. The plan IMO could be subject to some minor changes.

From the January 2003 CMKX filing we know that the company is working with 7 companys, (IMO the project surround group), there is other DD that confirms this plan. Some of the companies and plans have changed over the last 2 years. We are looking at a conglomerate of exploration to processing and retail of precious and non-precious minerals company's. How did I come up with the companies, just looked at the MAP, joint ventures and additional DD. Shore Gold and Forest Gate finish the surround with there south side properties.

IMO...the 7 companies involved are Shore Gold, Kensington, UCAD, CMKX(CIM), Forest Gate, Entourage, United Carina who recently signed a joint venture regarding Uranium.

There are many other companies and agreements but these are the major companies that will fall under the Project Surround umbrella.

The 7 companies will become 4 through mergers. Kensington and Shore already announced closing their merger on Oct. 28th. Entourage, and CMKX also closing on Oct. 28th. We also have Forest gate closing on the westside property from Shane Resources and others (CMKX etc.) on Oct. 28th. Many things happening on Oct. 28th...HHHHMMMMMM. IMO look for Forest Gate to merge with Shore Gold and Kensington. Also check Keningstons last filings they talk about the Carolyn pipe and the core samples that CMKX owns and that it will need further testing, another HHHHMMMMMM.

I believe the following are the final 4 companies-
Entourage/CIM/CMKX- Holding Company, Exploration of Diamonds, Gold, Zinc, and other precious metals, international and trading on the AMEX.
Shore Gold- Diamond mining, Canadian presence only.
United Carina-Uranium, Canadian presence only, trading on the Venture exchange.
UCAD-processing and distribution, US and Canadian presence, trading on OTCBB.


I encourage you to pick this apart or add your own DD to this scenario. I believe things will become very clear in the near future. When you can see the big picture it is easier to remain positive IMO.
