The Casavant Plan.........
The information I am going to present is out on the net, and is all DD I have found. There are confirmations to some of this detail available if you look for it in PR's and web pages. The entire plan is in my opinion very accurate, but is subject to some minor changes.
From the January 2003 filing we know that the company is working with 7 companys, the Casavant group, there is other DD that confirms this plan. We are looking at a conglomerate of exploration to retail of precious and non-precious minerals company's.
IMO...the 7 companies involved are CIM, UCAD, CMKX, Nevada Minerals, GEMM, United Carina (recently signed a joint venture regarding Uranium), and SGGM. SGGM the Shell being the big surprise to everyone, with a big name director.
There are other companies and agreements but these are the major companies that will fall under the Casavant umbrella.
The 7 companies will become 5 through mergers, and than down to a final 4.
The final 4 companies will be CIM (Casavant International Mining), UCAD, United Carina, and CMKX (the large shareholder base).
One company will merge with another-CMKX to SGGM in my opinion, the share structure works, with SGGM being spun off and going away in the future. From Roger Glenn CMKX should be reporting soon.
Two companies will merge into a third. Nevada Minerals and GEMM will merge into UCAD, with UCAD going back to the OTCBB and then trading on the Nasdaq later.
This leaves you with 4 companies-
CIM- Exploration of Diamonds, Gold, Zinc, and other precious metals, and possible the top level company, as it is international and trading on the AMEX.
UCAD-Processing and distribution, 2nd level because it is US and Canadian, trading on the Nasdaq.
United Carina-Uranium, 3rd level as a Canadian presence only, trading on the Venture exchange.
CMKX...Motorsports, and promotion of the entire chain from exploration to retail, OTCBB.
I encourage you to pick this apart or add your own DD to this scenario. I believe things will become very clear in the near future.
