I posted the impact of uplisting in post # 4028

Based on what I've seen, USOG meets all the requirements for quotation on the OTCBB.

With USOG's regular certified filings and transparency, I see no reason uplisting would be denied. Is there anyone out there who can find reason for the uplisting to be denied?

None at all, and believe me I have looked. My last conversation with Marcia she said that they had recieved a list of questions regarding the 10K and they were able to answer them the next day. I take that to meen that they were simple.IMO Also something else that I didn't put in that post was, I had been emailing Marcia every other day because I had not heard back from her in a while. So when she called me she told me that her" computer was being repaired, and that was the cause of the delay in getting back to me - and she felt bad so she wanted to make sure she called me, she then added this is my private cell # so please don't call me back on this phone or give this # to anyone else, I am relying on your integrity to do so, I just wanted to make sure I called you"

To me the bold spoke volumes this company has nothing to hide, and they will continue to do what they say they are going to do. GLTA
