I remember someone posting recently on this board something about PPS of company's skyrocketing shortly after PR of an uplisting from the pinks. I believe the increase typically occurred a few short days after the announcement as well. Therefore, by the time it's confirmed it may be to late to catch that initial spiral upwards. That's why I'm adding now.

With USOG's regular certified filings and transparency, I see no reason uplisting would be denied. Is there anyone out there who can find reason for the uplisting to be denied?
