Your question is so simple and yet so complex.

Why does it take 2 f'n years for someone in authority to simply ask that question and get an answer? Why has the judge not asked that question yet?

I mean, how hard is it to say: "Mr. Rosen, please explain to the court why you think that the assets of a 100 year old bank are not reported on the bankruptcy filings for the company?"

It seems to me that even the judges, (and this is not a personal attack on THJMW), are so used to "the system" that they have forgotten common sense, or "commons' cents"!
