#122882 RE: bankinonit #122858

Bank...I believe you have stated succinctly, most longs positions in this post. I can't speak for all of them, but for myself, that about wraps it up for SNSR as I see it going forward. BIG NEED... Viable PRODUCT that has a profitable market and generates revenue.

There is obviously another issue (one of several) in the way of that goal, regardless of the first premise. The SEC overhang is not a minor detail. It caps our ability to not only trade at higher share prices, but to raise needed institutional funding of merit. Yes a Basis Financial can be a stop gap measure...calling shareholders of minor holdings...to try and grab some shares...for leverage at some point in the game. But I think this is all smoke and mirrors on their part...if real at all.

The second big issue that the two new guns have not dealt with post haste, is the three amigos who own the E-Share class and control the entire voting rights of the company.

I actually don't really understand how the heck the two new guys even were allowed in to take control of the company? Do you? With this kind of voting power.

And what sway do they (the two new guys) really have given that overhang?

I just don't get where this is headed. If you have a clue I am all eyes.

regards,

m
