I'm relatively new here and frankly I can't see anything left in IPWG worth fighting for? It's not against the law to fail in business...you would have to prove intent to defraud and it's difficult to get shareholder support without that kind of proof. ...ask Paul Sweeney why he wants it (or wanted it)??

If there's no Italian money coming, I would say just shoot em!
