There is a magic number- a percentage of the shareholders is needed to force an extraordinary meeting, IMO that is what the Irish group was trying to accomplish. So we need to know what the number is. What percentage of shareholders? Or is it a minimm number of shareholders? Or is it based on ownership of shares? My guess would he the third of the three. I don't know where to look to find this information. It must be either in Delaware law, or company specific.
