I was answering mofnc's question- I didn't say anything about going after a company or prosicuting them for failing- I was referring to Delaware law innthe respect that either IT or the company's own rules would dictate the requiremnets to call or force an extraordinary shareholders meeting- so I'm not elreally sure what your response is to or about?? Please explain.
