Thanks for reposting those press releases by Nokia. I expect them to be featured in IDCC's response to Nokia's lawsuit. After all, didn't Nokia say they had no plans to sell WCDMA equipment in the U.S. until after 2006? It would be great if Nokia's own press releases show them to be liars. Even more important, every future press release they issue about WCDMA activities in the U.S. can be used against them in court. That could create a real problem for them if this lawsuit constrains their PR efforts. It would be sweet to use Nokia's own releases against them after they made such a big deal about IDCC's press release on the Ericsson settlement. Heck, they even included that ridiculous Forbe's magazine article in their filing.
