#93018 RE: jhaw #93013

I do not think that Nokia in their condensed, edited history lesson ,of IDCC's old Patents actually said they had "no plans to sell WCDMA equipment in the U.S. until after 2006"..My take after reading their version of History..is that they are currently planning to design WCDMA equipment for sale starting in 2007...and IDCC's old SPECIFIC patents, and or claims should be deemed invalid, and or non-infringeing for those 2007 WCDMA devices..They may well be correct if that is the sum and total of the facts to be presented to a Jury in 2007.. In a 1930 Old Western..that SHOT, would be sufficient to start a cattle stampede, hurtling them all over a 1,000 foot cliff.

Thanks for reposting those press releases by Nokia. I expect them to be featured in IDCC's response to Nokia's lawsuit. After all, didn't Nokia say they had no plans to sell WCDMA equipment in the U.S. until after 2006? It would be great if Nokia's own press releases show them to be liars.
