Exactly my opinion! She is a good judge trying to lead all involved parties to a settlement!

She watches and leads the parites but is ready to rule or give pressure if necessary!

That is exactly the right strategy in this case!

Would you rather have a judge who takes his/her time, lets the process play out in such a way to minimize potential appeals, that gives every faction their say (and when merited enough rope with which to hang themselves), and in the end brings the case to a sound, fact-based, legally correct solution?

OR would you rather have some shoot from the lip, unorganized hothead who leaves many stones unturned and rushes to a premature conclusion?

I know which I'll pick every friggin' day of the year.

Our judge is doing exactly what she should be doing. Relax. We may not get our best case scenario result at the end, but we will get a relatively just one.

Thank you for saying that! All the Judge Mary bashers need to remember one thing: every single shareholder - p's k's and u's - on this board and everywhere else would be trying to figure out how to write this off as a total loss when tax time comes around were it not for the Judge. Had she not approved the equity committee and/or approved Rosen's POR, we would be history and our investments here would be history. She saved us. If she's not settling this fast enough for some of you, too bad. She's your judge, not your ATM.
