Judge Walrath is a "gem." SHe is very aware of us, the shareholders who were screwed on this deal and has basically told Rosen no approval of a POR that leaves us out.

I like the way she is methodically running the case, albeit slow. She is a good Judge, she will call them out when necessary and is not going to let her decisions establish new "case law" for all the crooks and criminals to use in future BK proceedings.

SHe did not have to approve of an EC. It is an expensive, time consuming and convincingly suggestive constituency. I have listened to every hearing since they filed the lawsuits and argued them in court. She is smart, soft spoken, but when she called them out on Work Product and I could tell in her voice she was "questioning the examiner denial." She established a new precedence with me in her abilities and candor.

It is time to put the Judge Walrath thing to bed. She has given Equity everything they want and need to execute this case, court is slow, justice is slow and payoff is slow.. Relax..

DO NOT COME ON HERE AND BEAT UP ON MY JUDGE !!! SHE IS GEM! SHE IS NOT GOING TO LET THE CRIMINALS WIN IN HER COURTROOM!
