It may take longer...

on the average it takes about two months to get a final opinion in the Court of Chancery.

some longer... I have seen at least one that took over 1 year before the opinion was rendered.

It will be some time when this goes to hearing and when the opinion is made.

you could do better things with your money imo.... lol
