I figure that would be the case. I'm stuck in here. Pointless to sell the rest of my share and take a lost now. I'm riding this thing to the ground. I think most of us are in the same situation..

as long as SL realizes He must negotiate and

give up some of what he ALREADY HAD like (54% ownership

and a product on the market) due entirely to his Blatant

ARROGANCE and STUPIDITY as well as the LEGAL COSTS

that He has directly caused ... WE will be thru mediation

shortly after we begin ... as soon as we get the

Mediation Clalendar Date which could be as long as

30-45 days from now ...
