*I don't think we'll see any filing if there is a settlement for equity. Remember the last 'settlement', there was no filing, they stated on March 5th we are close to a settlement. Then on 3/12 they announced the POS settlement excluding equity, subsequently the filings came out.
If there is a settlment it will be announced on 7/20, then filings will come out for Walrath's signature, or it will just be part of DS/POR 6.
