Looking forward to seeing the look on Rosen's face on the 20th... Each time I have attended the hearing I have sat directly behind him... he usually turns around quite often to talk to a couple of the other attorneys.
I think it will come out this week as POR/DSv6, if there was an agreement to include equity and hopefully they took care of the TPS so we don't have to wait for that issue to be settled as well.
Until a settlement (if there is one) is approved by the judge and a done deal, it should not show up in the court records. OR a new proposed POR might be filed showing that equity is to get something.
