By recent metrics of oil sands transaction it should be worth 5-6 dollars instead its 60 cents.
Waxman is a little man with no vision - why let him stop your investments - like it or not - that oil will be sold somewhere.

deep oil represents 30% of consumption - there are no other resources to replace this - prices higher over long term and oil sands will get developed
