DD: The 20F is due within six months after the end of the fiscal year; however, in past years Nokia made their filings in early February.

DD, I don't think we will hear any results about the mediation. We had mediation with ERICY which was never commented on. If they announce a settlement all we can do is assume the mediation was successful. The ERICY mediation was court ordered and this one is not. It's my understanding the Judge suggested mediation.

If it's not court ordered and IDCC/LU agreed to mediate on their own are we to take this as the parties can find reasons for settling?

This mediation was ordered to be completed by 01/31/2005.
