When is their 20f (I think) filing due? That is where they will include the detail of their reserve for infringement. If it takes that long, we should get a good indication of the amount.

Another thing there hasn't been a lot of talk about is the LU mediation that is to occur in Jan. I wonder if/when we will hear about the results of that little morsal. We are so focused on the Nokia arbitration that we could be surprised in the next week or two with word about that. If IDCC and LU were as close as Merritt indicated during that fateful cc, assuming he was referring to LU, this mediation has a decent shot at bearing fruit. That would be a nice start to the year. I just hope Nokia's filing last week doesn't change anything with LU although the actual patents in dispute are not the same ones Nokia is fighting I believe.

We have a lot to look forward to over the next couple of weeks and months, I just hope they all go our way. Good luck all. Looks like my gamble on the Jan 20's are up in smoke, oh well. Maybe next month.
