So what royalty rate do you think IDCC will end up with for 3G? .50 to 1.5?

Am I not correct that IDCC has some 250 3G patents?

Does challenging 18 mean the remaining 232, together with each and every claim, can also be circumvented by merely filing a lawsuit?

Data_: IYO, could QCOM go to NOK, ERICY, Sam & others and say look boys we got something like IDCC's. We can tweek it a little and it just as good as IDCC. You are paying us (QCOM) under 1 for All anyway. Why pay IDCC???????? Lets cut them boys from K of P out!!!!!!


The IDCC longs are thinking about there investment. Lets give them something to really think about. Nothing like in 0 $$$. Everyone is out to get IDCC.
