I am not completely familiar with the full meaning of the signed filing but what I do read is: "don't let concerns for confidentiality slow you down debtors!".
That way she knows they know, she knows they have no further excuses to do as she has asked: turn over the work product and other documents.
They simply have not so she is clearing the path so that all contingencies are met and she has every reason to appoint an examiner. eom
