Does the Order Pursuant to Federal Rule of Evidence give the EC complete access to all of the Debtor's documents, regardless of client-attorney privileges and said confidentiality?

The judge may not be ready to give us an Examiner tomorrow but I think she's clearing a path for the EC to be its own examiner, unimpeded.

Just my guess after quickly reading that. Thanks for posting, as always.

So that is pretty dang cool. THJMW signs that order "Interim Order Pursuant to Federal Rule of Evidence 502(d)". I think that if the turkeys don't turn something over tonight tomorrow will be Examiner day for sure!
