I think their contract with Whirlpool, gives Whirlpool 3 years or so of exclusive use of the technology before DCU can share the technology with Maytag, GE, etc.; if true, the growth in DCU will be "moderated" over the next 3 years, and not explosive.

I think the technology uses the traditional washing machine for Phase 1 (you simply replace "water and detergent" with the usual chemical bath of Dry-Cleaning; "Dry" means NO WATER but does not mean NO LIQUID). Phase 2 involves the modified tumble dryer to evaporate the any chemicals remaining from Phase 1.
