I like this part of the agreement:

"the Company has retained marketing rights but
granted Whirlpool a non-exclusive license"

It means that they can continue licensing their technology to companies like Maytag, Amana, GE, Frigidaire and any of those offshore appliance makers.

This stock could be in for a nice ride this year.
