What I state is publicly available in filings/court documents, pr's or a phone call and is fact. (the permit issue is a single human source, which I will no longer mention) Try taking some actual DD lessons instead of appointing yourself as qualified to give me lessons. Perhaps you should delve deeper into accounting principles yourself while your at it.. because what is VERY clear is the partial information being stated in your attempt to discredit me instead of the filings and court documents I'm citing . Here's a good place to get started: http://www.faqs.org/sec-filings/100517/Vertex-Energy-Inc_10-Q/
It's not me calling it fact, the filings and court documents do. As for my tone, simply facts and the truth. No inuendo or "feelings". Please show me where I implied or acted as if pps isn't down horribly, or gave any form of advice as you state, I must have missed it. The SLE facility you'll find in the filings etc. that you have never read, it's already been made public.
What is cryptic about facts from public records ? Try and discredit filings/court documents instead of me.
I deal only with facts, not opinions or "feelings". Contact MM making those 100 share trades yourself, your the financial neophyte, or don't you know MM's don't do jack without someone pushing the button. The hedge funds I speak of are indeed still actively involved and will get what they want come heck or high water. Most anything apart from your superficial DD would be news like United Missouri Bank (UMB) investing in this company. Read, call, email, do your own DD, it's all out there for anyone who lifts a finger. I've spent the last couple years actually researching this company and you spend quite some time attacking anyone who doesn't share your negative view on it. I never said for anyone to buy or sell, EVER, can you say that ? Of course not, so just who is it giving advice here ? Do some homework now and quit wasting my time.
This chart pattern of heavy volume and accumulation at the bottom usually signals a turn from the bottom. There is a high probability of evfn turning around to make big profits in a short period of time.
