Incorrect! Last year before the R/S, this stock was also trading between 0.0001 and 0.0002 at billions in volume everyday. It never made a turn from the bottom. The same thing is happening soon as dilution goes into full force. The so-called "chart pattern of heavy volume and accumulation at the bottom" does not apply for a stock with heavy dilution.
