To be "overpaid" they would have to have been paid. There was no money for that. The company is not publicly traded as it has been delisted and not registered. Of course a RS is in order, there would be no credibility therefore no market for a firm with an absurd float. As to whether it is to be a mineral company, that would depend on tests as to whether the remaining claims have any promise.
