That is the exact same kind of response I got from them. The issue I called them about that I thought was router related, was not. Somehow I changed settings on my system but the fellow assisting me helped fix the problem even though it had nothing to do with their product.
Wow, that is REAL service. My service provider stops talking to me as soon as it is determined that the problem is not DSL related!! Yet we pay enough every month for their home bundled service including DSL, TV, and phone service.
