Fish...It would be nice if you separated the US Trustees' objection wording from the rest of your post with quotation marks. Someone who hasn't read the objection might think that you are just stating your opinion.
fish, how right you are, besides as the unnecessary shenanigans and filings I believe that SS should have the court look into the exorbitant billings from Weil/Rosen to milk the estate dry and disallow some/most? of it! After all this spiel has been going on for nearly 2 years with downright fraudulent results so far.
