Completely agree. Susman doesn't go after anyone to settle with him, he just keeps increasing the heat until they come talk to him.

Why would you ever go after a settlement? You'd lose all the leverage in the negotiation.

100% agree! Susman has way too much to get done in discovery and depositions to worry over JPM unless they make a sound offer.
