Yeah... and the first guy that "offers" a settlement is low-balling you to begin with!

Susman is moving forward as if this is going to trial... very smart man with a solid approach. The only way to make certain the other side understands/believes that you are SERIOUS is for them to believe you will have to take this to trial no matter what. Leaves no ambiguity... "we are taking this to trial... if you want to offer a BIG number in order to sweep this somewhere dark... we will consider it".

Let's get a number on the table soon... a ruling on Net Assets puts us in Vegas!
