The problem is that there are people still behind this guy thinking that this "Bio-Fuel" concept is genious. What most don't understand is that there are better processes and better companies but the cheap stock price draws in the penny stock dreamers.
Speculators need to understand there is a very good reason the stock price is at .0001 and when they put the whole picture together it is not a pretty one.
Underfunded, heavily in debt, massively diluting, no operations, no revenue...just an idea that get-rich-quick people buy into and as long as it continues he will line his pockets.
