In the world of finance, stockholders are the last rung to get made whole, especially in the pink sheet world. DM has to deal with debt holders or go to court or go bankrupt, there is no garuntee for equity holders and therefore he does not care about them. He will continue to dilute while feeding "disclaimed" PR releases to rake in what he can in the equity market. I would love to see him try to issue a debt offering. Potential subscribers would get a really good laugh at that one.
The only thing good associated with EVFN are the other DM companies, and who knows how long before they suffer the same fate.
