Thanks for clarifying that 'grandfathering' bit.

I don't think CDIV would go out of business, but hey who knows? I mean this is not apple or Microsoft. This is the OTCBB where a lot of companies fail every year. I have seen so much in life that I thought could never happen only to be shocked later on.
