I don't think that these stocks like CDIV were picked out of thin air by Monk and the team.. And then they hoped for the best, I think DD was done.. Including possibly getting to know the CEO..

As for going out of business.. Some companies have nothing more than a PR press and a share printing press and they stay around.. ;-)
