As the majority of us were not there (but wished we were) we have no knowledge of the court room situation, both Strike and Ilenes could have sat 20 feet from each other but due to the crowded conditions could not see each other.

I only reported what Strike stated that he did not see Ilenes for whatever reason.

I did not state anything about anyones reputation only reposted the info Strike stated.

I think this is being blown out of whack lets leave it alone and continue our journey of the DD that we all do so well.

Sorry we missed each other Ilene... I arrived at 10am and sat in the front row directly behind the FDIC attorney. As soon as Susman entered the court room and sat down I took the opportunity to introduce myself to him and let him know that I was a shareholder.

We will connect during the next court hearing! Looking forward to meeting you and the developments for the next "show"!
