Nothing in those pdf's that are on that site would give any indication that CXAC is guilty of any wrongdoing.

CXAC isn't a named defendant so how would they "end the same"?

The case was court ordered and the fines for the defendants added up to arround 4 million dollars..

What the hell are you babling about Jorge going to be a defendant ?

He never was and what makes you think he will be in the future ?
Nobody accused him of anything and now the case is over who and why would anyone accuse him now ?

Fines Pay their salary, to go get another crook.

ALMY is my example. NSS was proven in Court. People got jail time.
Management didn't do wrong. Others did, and it still killed the company.
