This is just portion of the case being settled, well not settled but final court-ordered. If you total up the numbers from all the docs, it's about 4 million dollars. The portion related to CXAC has not been finalized yet. It looks to me like it's going to end the same and Jorge will be one of the defendants, aka one of the bad guys.

What a sophisticated way to steel money! I am CXAC, I get a loan from K&L which I pay back in stocks and a couple thousand dollars in cash. K&L pumps the stocks with all kinds of fake news. Stock prices go up, they dump all the shares within 1 to 2 weeks, dillute the PPS, then disappear until the following year and then do the same thing...

What a waste of intelligence! They could have made more money and been in a better place just by channeling all this "croockery" in something honest and legal. Now they've lost everything...

Can't wait for the letter from the SEC with instructions on how to get reimbursed for the money I lost by buying this stock.
