So is Goldman Sachs under a fraud investigation Cygnus. Life goes on and if there was an intention of revocation to protect shareholders it would have happened long before now, closer to the actual time that fraud was perpetrated. I have not seen any action against present management nor have I seen any intention within the filing briefs of that occurring. Some bashers here live in the past and refuse to ask themselves why the company survives. It would have been much easier to start anew than fund the present company after Huff's regime. I think there are viable motives among the chief funding providers.
