Mickey,you must not understand the difference between what Sanswire did and what GS and the Obama Admin are trying to pin on them. Sanswire indeed payed the lawsuit instead of defending themselves for fraud. The D&O insurance must have known they could not defend such action and settled. If you do some DD you will see the D&O is suing the company. What I don't get is some pumpers here are never going to see the true scam that is Sanswire.You say that Huff and company are gone and the company is rid of it's dark days. You forgot 1 person who still remains from the Huff regime..........Liewand. Still they are doing the same overly promotional hype and paying themselves large for doing absolutely nothing for shareholder value. But then again,what would one expect from a currently charged SEC investigated scam of a company!!!
