Thanks for the investment advice, but I think I'll stick to my plan. And just so we are clear, if I was worried about a permanent injunction, I wouldn't be accumulating shares.

What are you trying to prove with the permanent injunction? It is a very common penalty the court uses to force something to either happen or not happen.
