Nerd, just another case of someone commenting on something with little knowledge on the subject.
This poster also claimed there was manipulation of the share price upward while Seifert was selling his shares, but in reality the share price headed lower during most of his trades, proven with a simple examination of the Form 4's that were filed.
What are these guys going to do when the SEC case is settled, and Sanswire is free to move forward without that cloud hanging over their head?
Perhaps they'll start beating that dead horse about how Sanswire can't get a government contract, even as a subcontractor to a primary DoD contractor... again, just more time wasted commenting on a subject they have little knowledge about. Has anyone bothered to ask L-3 why they would take delivery of the STS-111 as the certified integrator and operator of the platform, if they weren't capable of seeking DoD contracts?
