Based on this it would seem we will be waiting till Friday to see if we make "the List". If NNOS can survive the selling pressure that long! I'm not sure this list is going to make any difference if they decide not to enforce law currently in place- for the common good of the big players who are breaking the law by everyone's standards, but the little guys who are playing by the rules are not as critical to protect, as they won't create near the ripple as the big money would if forced to cover! I think this would have been much more widely opined in past weeks if there were to be teeth in the ruling! I continue to hope.... I guess we don't see a list until January 7th?
