mthighlander, the answer is simple...

This is SpongeTech! Nothing has ever made sense. It's when things start to make sense, that's when you should start worrying. lol.

Other then that, I have no idea.

The answer is there are some that still believe in the company.

'Ya know, I've been wondering about some of this myself. Why are there purchases of this stock at this time. Doesn't seem to make sense. But then, what if? This could be the dumb question/thought of the day, but, what if??

What if Dicon/H.H. Brown were able to gain control of the patents, through legal ranglings of course, but be the holders of those patents?

What if they could pull Spongetech from the ashes, bring in a crack team of very sharp business people who truly want to take this company to the next level?

Then...........what if, through very professional endeavors, they were able to renegotiate with Walmart, CVS et.al.,and restock their shelves with the Spongetech product?

It seems to me that the reason so many were involved with this company in the first place was because of the product. Many thousands of people in this country are well aware of the product.
It works. It's proven and look at all the various applications.

Can somebody give me the name of a company out there that would be considered a rival? A company that produces a soap "delivery system" via sponges that are antimicrobial.

What if the people out there that are purchasing Spongetech stock are the people that believe this scenario to be a possibility?

What if ???
