OldTymer, i couldnt agree more with you. Where this is holding is just as crazy as the rest of the last 3 years with SPNG but i cant help but wonder WHY is it trading like this with this confirmed info from the SEC and FBI on share structure, lawsuits, i have my own senarios on this but looking for other inventive thoughts on WHO,WHAT,WHY its where it is...thanks OT
