There are a number of companies that make antimicrobial sponges.

I might ask the question: Why buy anything other than perhaps the IP,if available. Purchcasing everything else after the fact would be much more prudent, since you are not incurring any bad will, or existing debt.

The second question I would want to know is how viable of a market does the product have? If 99% of the sales were "bogus," I am not sure there is a business enterprise there worth investing in.

Third question: Is there any foreign companies doing something similar already. If the answer is yes, then they might be best postioned to move into whatever market there might be... If, no, back to question #2.

this is the reason that Moskowitz and Metter were able to defraud thousands of people...just look at how these people rationalize an investment.

It is truly amazing that after reading the SEC complaint and FBI statement on the massive SPNG's frauds and the frozen accounts of SPNG and the fact that SPNG has also been charged with fraud by the SEC, that they can talk like this:

'Ya know, I've been wondering about some of this myself. Why are there purchases of this stock at this time. Doesn't seem to make sense. But then, what if? This could be the dumb question/thought of the day, but, what if??

What if Dicon/H.H. Brown were able to gain control of the patents, through legal ranglings of course, but be the holders of those patents?

What if they could pull Spongetech from the ashes, bring in a crack team of very sharp business people who truly want to take this company to the next level?

Then...........what if, through very professional endeavors, they were able to renegotiate with Walmart, CVS et.al.,and restock their shelves with the Spongetech product?

It seems to me that the reason so many were involved with this company in the first place was because of the product. Many thousands of people in this country are well aware of the product.
It works. It's proven and look at all the various applications.

Can somebody give me the name of a company out there that would be considered a rival? A company that produces a soap "delivery system" via sponges that are antimicrobial.

What if the people out there that are purchasing Spongetech stock are the people that believe this scenario to be a possibility?

What if ???
