Have seen this many times. They could be making money now, and unless they need to sell shares to raise cash, just abandon their shareholders. Same thing happened to Danskin the womens dance apparel retailer - we know for a fact they are making money hand over fist but they went completely dark. The only thing stopping them from being truly private is they would have to open their books one last time and make a final distribution to shareholders and now we are starting to think they never will.
